The hotel is located very close to the airport; you can see it right as you exit Airport T1. It’s also just a 4-minute walk to the nearest train station and the Grand Arenas tram stop. Francisco at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and professional. My room was on the 5th floor facing the train station, but the soundproofing is excellent—I could hardly hear the trains at all. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM with a great variety of options; the french fries, in particular, were delicious! The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a safe, iron, ironing board, large TV, mini-fridge, and an electric kettle with two complimentary bottles of water. The bed was very clean and comfortable. For charging, there is a power outlet and two USB-A ports on each side of the bed. The bathroom has two outlets, one of which supports both 120V and 230V. The shower includes both a handheld nozzle and a rainfall showerhead.

Hotel was fully booked and tried to offer us a room with twin beds instead of a double. I refused and eventually they gave us an upgrade with a double bed. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful with a wide choice of hot and cold food. Getting into Nice is easy as there is a tram within 5 mins walk from the hotel. Room was nice and cosy and clean
