I loved my stay! The hotel was beautiful; the rooms were spacious, it had a huge TV in the rooms and it was next-door to the railroad which was convenient and not too far from the airport. But the best thing was the staff . They made evry effort to know your name, and even to remember what food you like. I will definitely go back. Oh I can’t forget to mention the breakfast. It was fabulous, so many offerings and everything was delicious.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Crowne Plaza Grand Arenas. By the way, I never gave a 2 star rating and I don't understand how this could have happened.
