We had a lovely stay for 4 nights in Aix. It was our first visit to Aix and the hotel is perfectly located to explore. Our room was very comfortable and we were able to also use the lounge in the evening. Emma gave us good recommendations which was very helpful. It is a small hotel which creates a warm home from home feel.

As part of a 2 week spa / relaxation holiday we stayed 2 nights here. Excellent central location with helpful staff. We had an excellent massage in the property which was arranged by the property staff. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. It was relaxing and quiet - we were the only guests staying during our January visit.
It is more of a B & B rather than a boutique hotel. It is listed as a spa hotel but only has a steam room which is turned on by request and a plunge pool at 20 degrees.

The property was well located and the room was nicely furnished in a modern style with a good shower
It lacked character and the steam room was not put on automatically in the evenings. A member of staff was not there to put it on as requested and did not check it was working. When we followed instructions to put it on it did not heat up.
