It was close to the pier, about a 2 minute walk which was perfect for us

Lovely hotel we was 2 adults and 4 children nothing was to much trouble for the two members of staff both gentlemen was always on hand to help
Kids loved the game room
2 mins walk to beach definitely would return

Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and breakfast was delish! Great value for money. We stayed with young children, they also have a games room which was handy. Very close to South Pier and pleasure beach.
The only downfall was no onsite parking, in saying this there was parking across the road on the streets or a secure car park for £15 for overnight.

We visited it before and found staff are friendly and not far from beach
Radiator in room is not working and power cord in bath room snapped
