The hotel was clean and luxurious and modern. Very nice building with the theme park right on the door step and the beach a few mins walk, the bedroom was modern clean with all the things needed like a iron and a ironing board, hair dryer a safe, mini fridge and tea station. Mini fridge was stocked with Voss water and milk sachets. The bunk beds had their own mini screens for the children. Bathroom was modern with plenty of clean towels and luxury balmain soaps
The hotel had a nice atmosphere will definitely be back.
The staff seemed snobby, not very helpful when asking questions about our room and stay felt like I was a nuisance as I was spoken to in a rushed manner then ignored!
The bathroom was modern but there was hairs in the bath tub upon arrival.
No gowns or slippers in our room.
The rooms are not soundproof as advertised as I could hear a screaming child running around in the room above off in the early hours. Not much food choice for room service for halal veg options and overly priced for the quantity and quality of food!

We booked a suite and for that we would have expected an internet TV.

Didn't have it as its was to expensive
Cleaner knocking twice to clean room when I was in the shower a hour before check out
