I liked that it was quiet and safe along with being among fabulous architecture

Nothing that I wasn't aware of, further from tourists attractions so not as walkable as I had imagined

The location was perfect for our trip. The room was exactly what I expected.

The Wifi was down till Monday morning which was very inconvenient. I needed to send emails to prepare my meetings on Monday.

Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. A special thanks to Andre for his kindness. 🥰

It was a bit difficult to shower as the water often flooded and we had to clean it up with our towels. 😢

I liked the location of the hotel, which was very convenient for exploring the area. The quality of the bed and the furniture in the bedroom were also good and comfortable.

We booked two double rooms. One room had a double bed as expected,,the window in that room faced directly onto the wall of another building, which made the room feel very dark and closed in. The other room was very small and the bed was much smaller than a standard double. The lift was extremely small and there was only one, which made it inconvenient, especially when the hotel was busy. Bar area was small and dark Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful or particularly friendly during our stay. Overall, we felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered, and the experience did not match our expectations.
