    The Leonardo was in the PERFECT location! Walk out the front door and you are right next door to a world of shops, restaurants and pubs. Directly across the street from the Spanish Arch. Hotel parking garage was so scary! It was crazy narrow! I’m surprised we got out alive! Haha, we managed without damage, but it took the 2 of us to navigate. Hotel upon entering smelled nice, looked clean and the staff were delightful. They were willing to let us check in a couple hours early which was life saving! Room was a nice size. We had a double bed and twin bed, with a gorgeous view of the Arch and the river. Room was very clean. Sheets and towels were fresh and there were washcloths to use. Shower was amazing! There was a removable handheld shower head, and a rain shower. Water pressure was perfect. The room was very quiet. We never heard any other guests, next door or in the hallway, nor did we hear the common door slams from other rooms. We did hear the street noises which is inevitable in any city. The only complaint is the refrigerator was not cold. After letting the front desk know that I had medication that needed to stay cold, they kindly offered to store it in the kitchen refrigerator. They also gave a bag of ice when we checked out. I am so happy that I blindly chose the best place to stay in Galway! 5 stars!

    The location of the hotel near the Latin Quarter was excellent. It was s very nice stay. Breakfast was great as well.

    The hotel is in the center of Galway. Good and bad, as pubs play live music till 2 am and people are singing during summer. You need to like taht. In the bathroom ther was a renovation but no rebate ... not good. The restaurant/pub had good beer, but very bad food. Not tasty and way to expensive for the offering.
