Good location with parking. Property is tired looking but clean. Breakfast a bit of a disappointment compared to other BnBs. No cooked breakfast just continental which is fine, but maybe include this in the review. Staff could have made you feel a bit more welcomed at times. They did improve.

Comfortable and felt homey. Our hostess was friendly and informative.
It was just a little too far to walk into town but it doable.

I was expecting a cooked breakfast, not a continental breakfast, this should be made clearer in the description. The shower was feeble. The room was great, so was the staff and location.
