Summary:
A unique & spacious 2 bedroom self contained duplex penthouse in the heart of of Mathew Street, 2 spacious bedrooms with new double beds and a sofabed in the lounge and a equipt kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher. The apartment is in a converted 18th Century fruit factory, there is no lift, so the ability to climb stairs is a must. This is a very lively part of the city, weekends will be noisy and busy. If you are coming to enjoy the bars and restaurants, there is no better place to be.
The Space:
Converted 18th century fruit Mill, loads of character, 2 large double bedrooms, Kitchen with dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer, bathroom with shower and bath and a spacious living room, with sofa bed. The apartment is on the top two floors of converted 18th Century fruit factory in the conservation area of Liverpool Met quarter, there is no lift, so the ability to climb stairs is a must. The bars can be noisy especially at weekends. Recommend for a great base for a weekend visit, there is no better spot if you want to enjoy the bars and restaurants. Please be aware it is noisy at the weekends, but if you've come to enjoy the night life there is no better place.

Getting Around:
Walking around the city is easy, there are also bikes to hire, the local underground is a few minutes walk and parking is available at Victoria Street secure car park, which has concessions for stays over 12 and 24 hours
Other Things to Note:
You are in the city centre, close to Lime Street Station and Moorefeilds underground. We are 4 floors up and there is no lift so the ability to climb stairs is a must, the bars can be noisy particularly weekend, but this is a super place to stay if you intend enjoying the nightlife of liverpool

Overall, very nice VRBO unit. Spacious, let our family spread out among several rooms, clean, well stocked with clean towels, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, etc. A little inconvenient having to get the keys from a local convenient store. Had to park in a parking garage 2-3 blocks away, and since it's in a really happening part of town, it was very, very loud at night, however it didn't take much for us to fall asleep. Worked really well since we have a few teenagers, me, and my wife. Well taken care of, good owner, good communication. Lots of bars, restaurants, and Beatle Museum just below unit. Cool part of town, cool place, walking distance to a lot of cool Liverpool things to do and see!

What a location. Top floor above some big clubs/ pubs. Communications about the 72 steps and loudness / duration of the music was 100% correct.
Awesome location for enjoying the night life.

We had a great stay in Liverpool. The location of this VRBO is right in the middle of the Cavern area of bars and clubs with easy access to lots of shopping and sites. It was a fun place to stay but was pretty loud with the bars just below us. We were okay with it but might not be everyone’s cup of tea. The place was just like it was described and worked well for our family.

We stayed for only one night, as our flight had been delayed and we unfortunately missed the first night of our stay. Communication with property manager was excellent and prompt. Location was great. Would definitely stay again.
