The central location for stay and parking was fantastic. We were easy walking distance from everywhere. The place was perfect for a weekend getaway
I would have liked to have soap in the bathroom and some kitchen roll. As it was just a weekend stay, not a long term stay.
Also central location some noise from the bars at night but nothing too disturbing

The flat is right in the center, very nice area and street. Inside it was well furnished with everything, very clean and comfortable. Bed sheets and bath towels were big, clean, new and professional kind (almost never you can find such quality). The flat is renowed and the building too, moquette everywhere, well working heater and hair dryier. The kitchen was new and with many gadgets.
Next time provide to put just a bottle of water in the fridge, if a guest will arrive at night, like in my case, would be nice to find it.

Close to the city center

We stayed here for a weekend in Liverpool and the location really is excellent — central, convenient and ideal for exploring the city.
Unfortunately, the accommodation itself feels quite tired and would benefit from some investment. The décor is dated, there were visible water marks on the ceiling, and the carpets are worn and lifting at the edges, which felt like a trip hazard. The windows were dirty inside and out, and there were large buckets in the corridor catching drips from leaks.
Lighting could also be improved — mood lighting and better illumination around the mirrors would make a big difference. The entrance is poorly lit, which makes it difficult to see the keypad when arriving at night.
It’s also worth noting that it’s noisy at weekends. In addition, the fire door was wedged open throughout our stay, which was concerning given that the building is unmanned.
With some maintenance and attention to detail, this could be a fantastic place to stay because the location really its strongest asset.
