About this apartment rental
There is 3 beds/2 bath separated and very private part of the house with private front door entrance and private backyard, suitable for comfortable stay for up to 8 people. Specious living room, kitchen with full size refrigerator, shady outdoor sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults as well because has two Twin XL size beds.
The space
This is a private unit with private front entrance and private backyard area:
- Separate, very welcoming living area with fireplace and twin size sofa-bed (for additional guest).
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family size dining table.
- 3 spacious bedrooms. Biggest one has a KING SIZE bed, second one QUEEN SIZE bed and third one has two TWIN XL SIZE beds and full size futon (for additional guest).
- TWO bathrooms.
Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay.
We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
Whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

The home was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. One thing I overlooked before booking is that the property does not have a washer and dryer, which can be challenging for longer stays. For a home of this size, having laundry facilities would be a great addition. Also, a couple of the bedrooms did not have closet space—there were dressers available, but no place to hang clothes. Overall, it’s a wonderful property, but adding these amenities would make it even better for future guests.

This beautiful home was just perfect for our family trip to CA. It was very clean, well maintained, and a great neighborhood. During our stay, we had a question for Sergey, and he responded immediately. The backyard/patio was perfect for our grandchildren to play outside and stay safe. Close to restaurants, shopping, fuel and groceries. Adequate parking in the driveway or on the street. We would certainly stay here again.
