Our home is located in a residential neighborhood located approximately 3 miles from Highway 80. Nearby grocery stores include Sprouts Farmers Market & FoodMaxx. There are also many restaurants nearby, including, Leatherby's Family Creamery (a local favorite), Texas Roadhouse, Red Lobster, Black Angus Steakhouse, Sushimono Fair Oaks (a local sushi favorite), Black Bear Diner, and Dos Coyotes Border Cafe just to name a few.
Some nearby attractions include the Sunrise Mall, 6.5 miles to Sailor Bar & American River access (can't beat a day floating down the river!), and 9.2 miles to Folsom Lake. We are also located a mere 7.2 miles from Lake Natoma, where endless adventure awaits! From paddleboard rentals, to kayak rentals, and even sailboat rentals, Lake Natoma has fun for the whole family!
Guests will have access to the entire property.

Stayed 4 nights and while the home is comfortable, there weren’t any towel bars in the bathrooms and the clothes dryer didn’t work well. Bedroom 2 and 3 had no place to hang or store clothes.. Hot water in the master took a long time, so we wasted a lot of water, and e didn’t receive check out instructions until the morning we left.
