About this apartment rental
Spacious and well furnished 4 bedroom apartment perfect for families of any size! The space includes everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The living room includes a dining table, 3 couches, a 65 inch Q LED TV with cable tv and Netflix. You'll also have a lot of natural light coming in through many windows.
The rooms include one with a king-sized bed and an extra mattress, another with a double bed, a third with two double beds, and lastly, a room with two queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. All are well sized, spacious, and have plenty of closet space.
The recently renovated kitchen comes with a large fridge, freezer, a dishwasher, a small table, a well sized counter top, and fully equipped storage with tools, utensils, cookware, cooking utensils, and glassware. There's a small and enclosed room attached to the kitchen with a mini-fridge, a washing machine and a dryer.
In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the apartment contains two other bathrooms, one that is very large, with two sinks, a toilet, and a shower, as well as another large freezer. The other is smaller in size, consisting of a toilet and a small sink. Both are well equipped with towels and shampoo.
Overview of the neighborhood
The apartment is right in the center, and nicest part of Paris, located in the popular 16th arrondissement. You have everything you need just a few steps away! The Champs Elysses is at most a 5 minute walk, and as a matter of fact, the L'arc de Triomphe is visible as soon as you walk out of the building. The Place de Trocadero and Eiffel Tower are also only a 10 - 15 minutes by foot, but can also be reached directly by metro, while the financial capital of Paris, La Defense, is only a few stops away. One of the most well known bakeries in all of Paris is literally right as you walk out, possessing some of the most amazing pastries you will ever eat. You have 3 different grocery stores just a few steps away, all with everything that you could possibly need, so you can take your pick! Overall, you are very unlikely to find an apartment that is as well situated as this one, and if you want to stay somewhere that is right in the heart of Paris, then this is exactly what you're looking for.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was accurately described. We found it to be close to everything that we eeded to see and a short UBER trip everywhere else. Market and Cafes within an easy walk. Apartment was very clean however the stairs woukd be quite a bit for seniors or people with mobility issues.
Host was very responsive.

We had a great stay here. We were a party of seven adults. There was plenty of room. The location was great. The host was great extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. Most highly recommended!

This apartment was clean with all the necessities of staying in Paris. Plenty of room and an especially nice sized living room with large tv to sit an entire family comfortably to read, watch tv, play games or whatever in the evening. The location is excellent with a cafe, bakery and pharmacy next door. Close to a grocery store and Metro. Within easy walking to the Arc d’Triomphe. Would stay here again with the family.
