About this apartment rental
Large apartment of 135m2 warm, very bright with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence at the edge of the canal, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees ( center of Paris) and at the business district of la Defense.
Residential area close to all shops.
I do not accept any form of party in my apartment, please do not contact me about this! (only a quiet drinks or dinner can be accepted)
A 85m2 very large living room with 70 inch TV, terrace and fully equipped American kitchen.
A large master bedroom with queen size bed and its own bathroom (shower)
A 2nd bedroom with double bed
A bathroom (shower)
A restroom
Ultra fast internet (fiber optic)
Tea and coffee complementary (Nespresso Machine)
Equipped with "ALEXA" (say "Hey Alexa") and ask him what you want (play a piece of music, news, weather etc.)
The Champs Elysees are less than 10 minutes by car

All of the cleaning products and consumables in my apartment are ecological and vegan.
Superb gym with indoor and outdoor swimming pool a 5-minute walk away (paying access not included in the rental of the apartment)
I do not accept parties in my apartment, no photoshoots or film shoots for commercial or promotional use (unless you have requested it), no loud music after 7 p.m. and no visitors.

Good-Beautiful view, close to train and restaurants.
Needs improvement-heaters did not warm the apartment, no hand towels or wash cloths provided, took me a while to figure out washer/dryer settings, had to purchase washing and dish detergent. Bathroom with toilet felt dark and dirty. Welcome packet with instructions for appliances and things near by/recommendations would be nice. Inability to have visitors or be charged put a damper on the trip as we were traveling with another family.

This high-rise apartment was very spacious and clean. The underground Esplanade de la Défense is close by. The small terrace is excellent for breakfast in the sunshine!

We had some challenges finding the place due to an incorrect address listing on VRBO. The host was very responsive in sending the address. We had wifi challenges and he had a new router to us the next morning. The space did smell like cigarette smoke but we believe it was from the neighbors. I accidentally took a fob and he was very communicative and gave me grace in sending the key back. Despite some bumps, it was overall a good stay

The property was very conveniently located and it was great to have an allocated parking place.
The apartment itself was spacious and bright with beautiful views.
It was well furnished and very comfortable.
We did buy pizzas to cook before we realised there was a hob and microwave but no oven, however there was a good take away pizza place we later discovered just down the road - fontana di trevi.
We would definitely stay again!
