About this house rental
Very nice house, completely renovated in 2017, quiet area, ideally located opposite the beach (50m on foot), close to shops and the fishing port of Guilvinec, you will enjoy a small sea view upstairs.
The house has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor large living room (kitchen, dining-room, living room), master bedroom (160 bed and private bathroom), and separate WC. You will find upstairs 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed 140 and the second 2 beds 90) and a bright bathroom with WC.
The house is equipped with flat screen TV, WIFI internet, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave ...), washing machine.
Outside: enclosed plot of 150 m2 with beautiful sheltered terrace (lounge and dining area with barbecue), facing south, and private parking spaces.

You can rent paddle, kayak, catamaran on the beach opposite the rental.
In the surroundings, many visits: Eckmüh lighthouse, the Torche (surf spot), small typical ports: Kérity, Lesconil ... many markets ...

Une très agréable petite maison à quelques pas de la plage ! Tout est neuf et de bonne facture, bien équipée et fonctionnelle, idéal pour des vacances en famille.
L’hôte est en plus très agréable et disponible.

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Fussnähe zu einem sehr schönen Badestrand. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten (Surfen in la Torche, Radfahren, toller Wanderweg an der Küste entlang). Ortsmitte mit dem Fahrrad in ca 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter.
Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt.
Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einen großen Küchen-Eß-Wohnbereich. Alles nicht sehr groß, aber absolut ausreichend und liebevoll, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet.
Der kleine Innenhof ist von einem Zaun umgeben und damit nicht einsehbar. Trotz der Nähe zur Straße ist das Haus ruhig gelegen.
Das Zentrum von Le Guilvinec ist in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet diverse kleine Geschäfte.
Der Vermieter des Hauses ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!
