About this house rental
Our house has 147m2 of living space distributed in a spacious living room / dining room / kitchen area with fireplace on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. Breathtaking is the unobstructed sea view to the south and the large garden (1,200 square meters) with a beautiful garden terrace. So you can enjoy horse meadow and sea from the sofa and the terrace.
The house has 2 bathrooms. Surf material and larger items can be stored in the garage. There is a parking space for your car on the property.
The small "gray" bedroom has a 140cm double bed. The "green" bedroom has a 160cm double bed and a double bunk bed. The "blue" bedroom has a 160cm double bed and a 90cm single bed.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven and dishwasher. For coffee lovers, there is a Senseo pod machine, a French press and kettle, a milk frother and an espresso maker. There is also a charcoal grill for the garden.
Younger guests will find Lego, Duplo and Playmobil to play with.
The beautiful beaches of Baie des Trepasses (4km) and St-Tugen (8km), the Pointe du Raz (6km) and the picturesque town of Audierne (11km) are just a few minutes' drive away. Surfers and surfers will find fantastic wind and wave conditions in the immediate vicinity. The coastal hiking trail of Brittany leads 500m away along the house. The local bakery is a few minutes' walk away, the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive in Primelin.
Due to allergies, this house is a non-smoking and pet-free house. We ask you to respect this. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Children are welcome, but the house is not secured for small children, e.g. stairs and sockets. Use at your own risk.
The house is rented including bed linen.
Final cleaning EUR 100 per stay plus.

We spent a week at Claudia’s place and had a fantastic time. The house is at a perfect location, with stunning views of the Atlantic from the terrace and most of the rooms. Claudia’s place is spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you need.
The house is conveniently located: Within a few minutes walk there are a couple of restaurants, a boulangerie and a charming épicerie selling local products. Our boy enjoyed the surf school at Baie des Trépassés, a beautiful sandy beach a few minutes away by car.

Aanrader vooral ligging en uitzicht. In directe omgeving veel te doen. Vooral surfers en strandliefhebbers kunnen hun hart ophalen

Großzügiges Haus mit einem Meerblick, der es einem schwer macht, das Haus zu verlassen.
Großer Garten, Meerblick aus der Küche und aus zwei von drei Schlafzimmern. Toller Küsten-Wanderweg direkt vor der Haustür.
Absolute Ruhe! Nähe zu den besten Surfspots Europas.
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit unglaublich schönem Blick von der Terasse und aus dem Wohnzimmer.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um den Urlaub zu genießen. Unkomplizierte, freundliche Kontakte zur Vermieterin im Vorfeld und vor Ort zur Objektverwaltung.
