On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with a large TV (Blu-ray player and Netflix) giving access to the garden.
You will also find:
- a fully equipped kitchen (LV, oven, MW, fridge-freezer)
- a toilet with a washbasin
- A laundry room (washing machine and dryer, dryers, household necessities).
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with a large shower and a double sink with separate toilet.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200 cm with tv (Chromecast).
Bedroom 2 and 3: Double beds 140x190 cm
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90x190 cm with a tv (DVD player).

Outside, you will enjoy the terrace for your barbecues and the garden planted with chiliennes.
Ideally located to visit the Pointe du Raz, Audierne Bay, the Bay of Douarnenez and its small ports, Pont Croix (small town of character) and the banks of the Goyen.

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house that is located in a very peaceful part of Brittany. The house has everything you should require for your holiday. The house has a lovely decked area to the front which is a lovely sun trap. A short walk to the beach where you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets. Thank you to Cyril and Geraldine .

La maison est magnifiquement rénovée et très bien agencée. Le petit jardin extérieur est un plus. L'environnement est incroyable, surtout en novembre, période de notre séjour. A 400 mètres de la plage et 1h de marche de la pointe du Raz, nous avons pu faire de belles randonnées. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine! Merci!

Accueil charmant par Géraldine , dans une maison chaleureuse et généreuse : tout le nécessaire et plus sont présents dans cette maison. La situation géographique est au top, à proximité de la baie des trépassés et des départs du GR.
Belle expérience que nous assaierons de renouveler très vite.
