About this apartment rental
The air-conditioned apartment surrounded by greenery in a quiet area, is located in a small country Biribaci, on the first floor of a family house. Ideal area for those who love nature and tranquility.
The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, a kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The full bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet, shower and washing machine. You can relax on the two balconies, one at the entrance and the other at the exit of the kitchen with the staircase leading to the garden. The garden is shared with the owners where you can relax in the shade under the tree in the middle of the garden.
Parking in front of the house and WiFi internet access are free.
The house is only 8 km away from the center of Umag, while 2.5 km from the beach.
The grocery store is 2.5 km away in the village of Lovrečica or 4 km to the Park Umag campsite where you can walk in and use the camping facilities. The grocery store at 2700 m, and the Babići pizzeria about 1 km.
Near the house there is a chiropractic study, with saunas and Jacuzzi that can be used for a fee.
Excellent location for biking and visiting the Istrian countryside.
* On arrival you will have to pay the registration € 7 per person in cash.
* Guests are asked to use the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused, please declare to the owner and refund on the spot before departure.

Sergio, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar, wenn man etwas braucht.
Alles sauber, ordentlich und ruhig gelegen. Alles was wir wollten :)

Eine Sache vorweg: Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber und hat alles was man benötigt! Befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Daher sollte man aus Respekt vor den Nachbarn, laute Party's vermeiden. Ein Ehebett, ein Einzelbett und eine Couch (ausziehbar für 2 Personen) stehen als Schlafplatz zur Verfügung. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren alle sauber und frisch gewaschen (Tipp: Strandtücher von zu Hause mitbringen oder im Ort kaufen). Sogar eine Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage und W-Lan sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat zwei Terrassen mit Tische und Stühle, so das man seinen Kaffee oder seine Mahlzeit zu jeder Tageszeit im freien genießen kann. ;o)
Parken kann man direkt vor der Tür.
In der Nähe (800m) befindet sich auch eine günstige und qualitative Pizzeria. Wir können leider nur Nudeln und Pizzen beurteilen (da wir nur zwei Tage da waren) und das war wirklich sehr lecker.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter auch Lidl und Kaufland (ca. 5 km).
Serdo (der Vermieter) ist eine sehr höfliche, ehrliche, nette und respektvolle Person. Ein weltoffener Mensch, bei dem wenige Sprachbarrieren stattfinden und mit dem man sich gerne unterhält.
Für Fragen, Wünsche oder Info's stand er immer zur Verfügung.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das Objekt hat alle meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt!
