Vila Alpa is situated in a quiet area 300 meters from the beach and 1 km from the ancient town of Umag. It offers free private parking and a shared roof terrace with a free hot tub. The apartment of 42 sm is fully furnished in a modern style. It has a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kitchen with electric fireplaces, a living room with a sofa for two people and a table with chairs, a furnished balcony, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, free parking and free wifi.
Just 500 m there is the Lorenzo Italian restaurant with a choice of fish dishes, hors d'oeuvres, first courses, and desserts. Just 200 m there is the tourist train station that departs from the tourist village of Katoro and along the promenade comes to Umag center and vice versa. In the center visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, and a walk along the famous Umag Dam. For those who enjoy the gym on the waterfront, there is a free outdoors, nearby the Lorenzo restaurant offers great fish dishes. Shopping is worth a few miles to Kaufland or Plodine, which are the two most convenient supermarkets in the city.
