About this apartment rental
New, modern, and comfortable apartment on the first floor, with a balcony, in a villa with 7 apartments. A gorgeous rooftop terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, and jacuzzis to relax in tranquility just 300m from the sandy beach and other seaside resorts. A small garden for children. It is located in a popular tourist area of Umag, close to the tennis center where for years the ATP Tennis Tournament - Umag takes place. The ideal accommodation for those who love the sea and tranquility.
*Pets are not allowed.
*The registration fee of €7 per person is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
* Final cleaning to be paid upon arrival €60 in cash
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.
* Personalized transport is possible (for example airport accommodation, ...)

L'apparatamento ci e' piaciuto molto anche per la sua posizione, vicino alla passeggiata, la spiaggia sabbiosa vicina, la tranquillita' ed il magnifico terrazzo sul tetto. Vicino a buoni ristoranti, distributore di benzina, bar. Consigliato!
