Very Clean rooms, well maintained and decorated, quiet location not far from the city, safe parking for my motorcycle, the manager of the property she was very professional and with a big smile, 10+ for her and the place !!!

A bit slower than expected internet, but that applies to use it for uploading and downloading movies etc.

We stayed at this hotel and still remember it with such warmth! It’s one of those places you already want to return to before you’ve even left 😊 We were welcomed so kindly by Maria — you can immediately feel the genuine care and hospitality. The rooms are simply wonderful: clean, stylish, and very cozy, with that fresh and comfortable feeling that lets you truly relax after a busy day. A special highlight were the little morning touches: coffee, croissants, a calm atmosphere… like a small daily ritual that makes the morning feel special. And the peace and quiet! So calm, so comfortable — it really feels like you’re far away from the rush and fully able to unwind. This is one of those places that becomes part of your journey and makes it so much better. Highly recommended — and we would absolutely come back without a second thought!

I still can't believe that Maria is not the owner or at least a partner in the hotel. She's super friendly and helpful with lots of energy and positive vibe. You can't find such service at 5 stars hotels. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The location is nice, 20 min away (walking) from the marina where you can take the ferry to Cinque Terre. We had a complimentary breakfast and one day the owner drove us to the city center. Great experience and I won't stay in any other place in La Spezia when I go again
