Very comfortable, clean and pleasant rooms to stay in. Easy access to the building and great location.
Code to external door was a little temperamental and wouldn’t always work (the property does counter this by having a door key in your room once you are in). Not accessibility friendly for those with mobility needs.

Great location in the heart of La Spezia. Plenty of bus options to get around & close to train station. Great communication by hosts & very helpful.

It was a really nice, modern and comfortable room with everything we needed. The beds and pillows where amazing, our first positive experience with "memory foam". The check-in was done through WhatsApp and went smooth.. An elevator was available with just a few stairs to do. And plenty of restaurants and breakfast locations available in the area.
Our room was missing proper curtains so we woke up around 07h in the morning as the sun came up.
