Very close to the city centre and the train station. Perfect to spend the day visiting the Cinque Terre. Room quiet and peaceful. Laura was thoughful to all our needs. She is a hard worker and thoughful to all our needs. Maps and information of La Spezia and its surroundings are available and it was very useful to know there is a launderette not far away.

The parking was not in the same place and you can imagine in pouring days, it was not a very happy experience. Room and parking were in a very steep hill.

Very clean and cozy, very friendly staff and overall great deal!

The host met us at the parking garage that we had reserved via Whatsapp a few days before arriving. Everything was explained to us well, how to handle the garage and where to leave the keys when departing. The garage is less than 5 min away from the Guesthouse. Our room in the guesthouse was spacious and the host also showed us everything important and even gave us suggestions for restaurants and how to get to the train station to get to Cinque Terre. The train station is less than a 10 min walk away from the guesthouse, the same goes for the main road with most of the restaurants. The location is central but not noisy. The kitchen was a big plus for us. Coffee and tea are available for free and we were able to use the fridge to store our food. We prepared our breakfast in the kitchen during our stay. The host was always available for questions and also stayed in touch with us during our stay. Definitely recommend :)

The walls are a bit thin, you can hear when somebody is preparing food in the kitchen. Since everyone was in the kitchen at reasonable times, it was not a problem at all.

Laura's place was spaceous and clean. It is situated in a perfect location, specially if you want to go to Cinque Terre, too. We had parking, backyard and fresh coffee! Thanks!
