Freshly renovated in spring 2020, a place of peace and relaxation awaits you here, nestled in the picturesque landscape of a private hunting area, perfect for all those who want to escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy nature to the full.
Inside the pond house you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: an inviting entrance hall, a cosy eat-in kitchen with all the essentials including a TV and corner bench, a bathroom with WC, equipped with washing machine, towel dryer and hairdryer. For your comfort, there are two lovingly furnished bedrooms on the upper floor, each equipped with a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers or wardrobe and infrared heating. A cot can be rented for the youngest guests.
The outdoor area of the pond house, with its idyllic location right next to a babbling brook that flows into two restored trout ponds, invites you to linger and fish. Adjacent to the holiday home is a hall that serves as a storage and utility building where vehicles can be parked. The ponds, renovated in 2018/19 and stocked with trout, offer a unique opportunity for anglers and nature lovers.
The area surrounding the pond house is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and culture vultures alike. Die Teichhütte ist wunderbar und ruhig gelegen- eben voll in der Natur. Der Sternenhimmel ist in vollkommener Dunkelheit herrlich zu bewundern, da keine Lichter oder Laternen stören. Sie ist mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet und vermittelt einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Ein Domizil zum Runterkommen! Allenfalls eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit in der Wohnküche haben wir etwas vermisst. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten wunderbar entspannen, auch bei anfangs sehr schlechtem Wetter. Da ist der Ofen Gold wert.
Wanderungen von der Haustür aus sind möglich und bieten alles, was das Wanderherz begehrt. Das Tal befindet sich in einer der schönsten Ecken Kärntens, wie wir finden. In der Kürze der Zeit haben wir herrliche Ausblicke und Eindrücke gewonnen.
Die Vermieter sind einfach nur toll und unkompliziert. Sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich, stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Noch einmal unseren herzlichen Dank an Euch! Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! Jörg und Birgit
