About this house rental
Our cottage is located in the North Cotentin, in a quiet hamlet of the town of Fermanville in the heart of the Val de Saire. You will be 10 minutes walk from the beach of Fréval (swimming, fishing, fishing) which is on the GR 223 and also a few minutes from the Valley of the Mills where you can make many hikes in full nature.
You will reside in a fully renovated semi-detached house composed of:
a lounge with TV, DVD player, board games and books;
a kitchen equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers and a microwave;
WC with washbasin on the ground floor;
On the floor 3 rooms (all the beddings are new):
Bedroom 1 a 140 X 190 bed;
Bedroom 2 beds of 90 X 190;
1 shower room;
Bedroom 3 master suite with 140X190 bed and shower room
Cot on request
The exteriors:
a small courtyard (garden furniture, barbecue) to take your meals outside;
a garden of about 300 meters;
A shed for storing bicycles
You will have a parking space in front of the house.
