About this house rental
A very comfortable, well exposed, light, detached house, Villa Mirabelle, Barneville, has a large enclosed garden of 2200 m2 for outdoor eating with BBQ and garden, dining table and chairs. There is a large west facing, sun filled conservatory of 30m2 with additional dining and lounge area for warmer days. The house is just a few minutes walk from the miles of beach at Barneville Plage. Beach front café open in the summer. Supermarkets and shops a few minutes drive. The house has 3 bedrooms ( double 160 bed and 4 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with 1 with shower and separate toilet. 2nd smaller shower room with toilet. Very well equipped cook’s kitchen which is open plan with dining and lounge areas. The kitchen is supplied with tea towels, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, foil, herbs and spices, mustard etc.
Utility room. Please note that front shutters are decorative only.
Close to beautiful Carteret with restaurants and cliff walks.
Free wifi internet connection.
Heating throughout the house and wood burning stove. (Please note: Extra charge for heating. Metered. Only pay for what you use) 10 KWs included per day based on normal usage.
Bed linen and towel rental. 10 euros per person for bed linen and 5 euros per person for towels. Free of charge when you book 2 weeks.
Saturday to Saturday bookings.
Cleaning service based on number of guests between 65 and 85 euros.
Breakages deposit 300 euros payable on arrival.
1 small Pet allowed. (dogs and cats). Dogs can not go on the beach in the summer months. Please ask before you book. Please note we only accept 1 dog maximum. Dogs must not go in the bedrooms.

Gite très agréable où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Confort, qualité des couchages. Le jardin offre un vrai plus pour se prélasser.
