Holiday home for 4 people, plus 2 on sofa bed: Gîte du Moulin à Blé (Wheat Mill). Independent water mill on two levels. One bedroom with a double bed (1.40m wide) and a second bedroom with two single beds (1.10m wide). Access to the double bed bedroom is through the two beds bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer. Living room with 3 windows facing the sea, wood stove, smart TV: kitchen with microwave / classic oven, dishwasher. Terrace facing the sea with garden furniture. 1. 4 km from shops and services. Pets are welcome (Choose "X persons and pet" when booking).
The price includes water and electricity within the framework of 440 kWh / week for the heating period which is normally sufficient and 70 kWh from May to September. Rented as a holiday home (weekly and do your own cleaning).
