It is less than 4 minutes walk from the sea and the beach, (supervised beach)
Parking possible in the courtyard of the copro if space available, (no reserved place)

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, sur 2 niveaux (rdc et étage), belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer (on y a mangé à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) sans problèmes), pratique aussi pour le linge. Surtout, très calme. Petit bonus : un wc au rdc et un sanibroyeur à l'étage ; cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle ; nombreux draps et couvertures, canapé-lit très grand. Douche mansardée : avec 1,83m je touchais presque. Plage à 10mn à pied, petite mais très agréable et familiale, eau claire. Petits commerces non loin (10mn à pied pour aller au spar, chez le boulanger, le tabac-presse et un excellent poissonnier : le cabanon). Centre ville de Saint-Raphael à 10mn en voiture (pas simple de s'y garer toutefois)
