Studio located on the first floor of a small building in a secure residence with gate code at the foot of the Esterel mountains, sought by hikers and mountain bikers. Private parking.
Two swimming pools are available to tenants in the residence.
The studio is equipped with a sofa bed in the main room and bunk beds can be found in the cabin room for two children or teenagers.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom where there is a bath with shower and a sink.
The studio has a kitchenette with sink, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and cupboards in which are found dishes, glasses and all utensils. The fridge / freezer and microwave are in the large room.

Balcony of 7 m 2 with breathtaking views of the Bay of Agay, table and four chairs available outside.
Agay is a small family resort near St Raphael.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien entretenu parfaitement situé sur la baie d'Agay ; vue sur mer très appréciable et ensemble locatif très agréable.
