Il complesso e il fatto di avere un posto auto riservato (sebbene non vicinissimo all'alloggio).
Casa sicuramente pensata per l'estate.
Il fatto che sebbene fosse menzionato che i cano erano accettati gratuitamente si volesse un supplemento (poi non applicato). La pulizia non era il punto forte
