About this house rental
A beatiful, brandnew refurbished, classic and historic townhouse. Excellent location, right in the middle of exclusive and famous St James Quarters - SW1Y. This 5 bed townhouse has got two entrances (front and rear) and the owner has got own entrance fully secluded. You have your own entire house privacy on the remaining rooms and your own entrance. The owner travels often and most of time is not here but his assistant will handle personal check-in etc. An extremely unique and very desired area!
This is truly a hidden gem tucked away in a little alley but immediately next to all the action and London activity. This is the most exclusive part of London in such extreme central location.
If required a Banham Alarm (some of the most secure and professional alarms in UK) can be used. Please enquire beforehand since it needs additional setup and briefing.
Jermyn Street is a most well known spot for elegant clothes, tailor, shoes and other shops. You are also within and surrounded by properties owned by the crown. Nevermind the extremely short walking distance to Piccadilly Circus, Mayfair, Green Park, Hyde Park, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Regent and Oxford Street, SOHO etc.
