- Very spacious apartment, with 2 fully separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen;
- Perfectly located if you arrive with a ferry to Zattere station (2 minutes walk from the ferry). If you arrive with a car, can recommend leaving it at Fusina ferry station (mainland), EUR 15 per day, and take a ferry from Fusina to Zattere (EUR 15 per round trip per person);
- Easy access to the main city locations;
- Well equipped, including washing machine, kitchen appliances and all the rest you may normally need for a short stay;
- Nice, clean and tidy;
- Corner apartment with three sides view, two of which is over canals, giving a great atmosphere;
- Property management was well in touch, trying best to adjust to our check-in and check-out preferences;
- Special thanks for bed lights with USB and Type C sockets. Travelling from another part of the world, you rarely have enough adaptors to charge all your devices at the same time. Here you can enjoy 4 x USB + 4 x Type C devices + whatever amount of adaptors you have.
- Bad smell was coming from the shower drainage. We had to keep bathroom door shut or window open not to feel it in the rest of the apartment;
- Top floor with no elevator may be a struggle if you have a lot of luggage;
- The apartment might need a bit of cosmetic renovation.
In our case, the drawbacks were majorly outweighed by the advantages. The property is strongly recommended.

Spacious, well appointed and clean apartment in a wonderfully peaceful area. Fabulous canal side location with stunning views along the canal, over the square and across to the boat yard. Close to some great bars and restaurants away from the crowds. Check in and communication with the owner were really easy.
Being on the top floor means a long way up with your luggage. No problem for us but might be a challenge for some.
