About this house rental
Reservations are accepted only from Saturday to Saturday for periods as follows:
School holidays: From April 4, 2020 to May 02, 2020.
+ Period June to September included.
Come to discover this pleasant country house, on the heights of Paimpol, entirely renovated and nicely arranged.
The cottage, comfortable, can accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor, you will have a bedroom (double bed 160), a bathroom with shower, toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with direct access to the south facing terrace.
The floor includes two bedrooms (double beds 140), one equipped with a shower with water point, the other with a bathroom with bath and toilet.
You can enjoy an outdoor wood terrace of 30 m2 located south, a small garden and a veranda equipped for indoor games (ping-pong, darts).
We provide books and toys for young children.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair) available.
The rental has a private parking. The cottage is classified four stars by the federation of tourist offices.
Free Wifi connection.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est de très bons conseils pour les visites aux alentours. Maison dans un quartier calme proche des commerces.

Der Empfang war überaus freundlich, die Vermieterin umkompliziert und auskunftsfreudig. Sie hat uns mit selbstgebackenem Far breton eine Freude gemacht.
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig. In einem Anbau im EG befindet sich das WZ, modern, mit Tür zum Garten, TV (auch dt. Sender), DVD-Player (den wir leider nicht starten konnten, evtl. fehlt eine Fernbedientung?). Freies W-LAN. Das Ledersofa löst sich bereits etwas auf und krümelt.
Vorm WZ liegt die Holzterrasse mit Blick zur Straße, ausgestattet mit 2 Liegen, Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, Sonnenschirm. Das ganze Haus ist von viel schönen Blumen und Grün umgeben. Das bringt als Schattenseite aber den häufigeren Besuch von Spinnen mit sich, von denen einige meine Toleranzgrenze überschritten (besonders das Exemplar, das in der Küchenschublade im Kochtopf saß...). Mückennetze in den Schlafzimmern oder ein Bürstenabschluss unter den Türen nach draußen könnten vielleicht helfen.
Neben dem WZ liegt die große geflieste Küche, zugleich der kälteste Raum des Hauses. Die Ausstattung ist prima, alles da, was man braucht: moderne Küchenzeite mit 4 Kochplatten, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, 2 Kaffeemaschinen, reichlich Geschirr und Besteck. Uns fehlt hingegen etwas die Gemütlichkeit.
Weiter findet sich im EG ein großes modernisiertes SZ, Bett 1.60 m breit, Kleiderstange, Kommode, originell sind ein alter Ofen und Nähmaschine. So weit, so gut.
Außerdem befindet sich im EG eine Toilette (kleiner, fensterloser Raum, komplett alt gefliest, schön geht anders!) und ein Bad mit Dusche, das wir auch ungemütlich fanden. Die Dusche hat ihre besten Jahre schon seit langer Zeit hinter sich. Eine Seitenwand hängt ziemlich lose, nur mit Vorsicht schieben! Der Spiegel hinterm Waschbecken ist fleckig. Der gesamte Raum ist mit Schiebetüren abgeteilt, dahinter befinden sich Heizung, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und Putzutensilien. Im Sanitärbereich dürfte gerne noch mehr investiert werden. Er fällt gegen den Rest des Hauses doch sehr ab.
Oben: 1 SZ mit altem sehr wurmstichigen Holzfußboden, ebenso die Kiefernmöbel. Modernes Bett 1,40 x 1,90, Matratze gut. Ein anschließendes Mini-Bad oben mit WC, Wanne und winzigem Waschbecken. Das 2. SZ oben ist modern , kleine Waschecke und wieder alte Dusche mit Lüftung im Dauerbetrieb. Beide SZ mit Jalousien.
Gestört haben wir uns zunächst am Geruch im Haus, irgendwo zwischen Ölheizung, Mottenkugeln, Feuchtigkeit und altem Holz, nach ein paar Tagen hatten wir uns aber daran gewöhnt.

Een week in deze ruime woning verbleven. Rustige omgeving, ruime woning, alles voorhanden. Fréderique is een vriendelijke, gastvrije eigenaresse. Het huis ligt niet ver van vele bezienswaardigheden.
