Convenient location, short walk to High St and the train station very close. Liked bedrooms had ensuites and were quite separate. Kitchen, living area was good. Staff nice to deal with.
Accessing the apartment was not at all convenient!! Thank goodness a resident helped us!! He was very unhappy with RoomSpace and the lack of direction that is continually given.
We hired a car and was able to secure a carpark, except when we went to get the remote for the doors, it wasn't there. We then found out that there was not a spare remote therefore we had to find our own parking. To RoomSpaces' credit they did refund the parking fee and did absorb the cost of the private parking. The apartment had no Salt and Pepper, Oil or microwave dishes.

Location was great
Sub floor heating not ideal, we learnt by chance there was a timer on the hot water….we got home after 10pm one night and had no hot water. It took over and hour to learn the system and rectify to get warm water. Paying what we do, we expect hot water all the time. Beds not comfortable, cheap spring mattress. Noisy unit, very loud tenants kept us up at night
