So many good things to say about this flat -- it was perfectly clean, had everything we needed, and was very conveniently located (we were visiting University of Surrey). We had a small problem with the TV, and our host was super responsive and even came over quickly and briefly to sort everything out. The flat had everything we needed and was very comfortable, clean and convenient. Absolutely nothing bad to say about it!

This place is immaculate, I have never seen anything this clean. There were great facilities as well.
The walk from local supermarket can feel just a bit steep due to the location of the property (slopes) but not a dealbreaker at all

The apartment is well thought out with everything we needed for our stay, it was clean, well presented and very comfortable.
It is in a fairly quiet neighbourhood close to Guildford city centre and near a big supermarket.
