Easy walk from the station and to restaurants. Good base for friends to meet up. Quiet location and host very helpful.
Sofabed is a sofa, but friend reported it quite comfortable

Great location. Bus stops very close by, and only two stops into the city. Supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Free parking within the quiet complex. Comfortable and clean townhouse. The washing machine and dishwasher came in very handy. Nice private back garden .The host Jeremy messaged us to check how we were settling in and if everything was to our satisfaction.

Very nice townhouse, liked the two bedrooms both having en suite shower & toilet as well as downstairs loo. Roomy living area and French windows onto well fenced private garden/ lawn area. Good location, in nice gated compound of other townhouses, very quiet, no traffic noise. Less than a mile from centre of Guildford, several shops, eating places within 5-10 minutes walk.
Kitchen equipment a bit basic, eg frying pan very old and worn. Wouldn't want to prepare anything to eat in.
