About this house rental
This is an upper scale home centrally located in Brookings, Oregon. While it is not located directly on the beach, the view is hard to beat. There are miles of ocean views along with unique views of downtown Brookings and the Port of Brookings. You are only 2.2 miles from Fred Meyers, and 2.3 from the Port of Brookings. Not only can you capture Brookings beautiful sunrise, but you can also relish in an even better sunset.
This is a two-story home with a spacious yard and wrap around deck is perfect for family and friends to sit back enjoy their time. This home is private but not secluded, you do have neighbors around you. However, it is a very quiet and well-respected neighborhood. When you enter the home you walk in facing the ocean. So be prepared to enter with a view through the large windows and sliding glass door. Just to the right, you'll see the 1st bedroom (only bedroom on the main floor) which has a closet, dresser, and queen size mattress. To the left, is the staircase that takes you to the other two bedrooms and full bathrooms (there are about 15 stairs). At the end of the hall and to the left there is a smaller hallway that takes you to the half bath and laundry area, which features both a full-size washer & dryer. As you step past the hallway you come into an open layout with a spacious kitchen with updated appliances. A well furnished and modern living room, you can relax and enjoy the gas-powered fireplace and stunning views. At night sit back and watch a show or movie on the flat screen TV.
Not only is there a spacious dining area to sit by the kitchen, but there is a small breakfast nook tucked away with a Napa winery atmosphere. Once upstairs you'll walk down an open hallway that overlooks the living room. The first room is a full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, this bathroom also enters into the second bedroom, with a queen mattress and smaller flat screen T.V. At the end of the hall you come into the large primary bedroom with a king mattress and a smaller mounted flat screen and attached full bathroom. This room is surrounded by windows all of which have a unique view and spacious walk-in closet. The primary bathroom is an open and inviting area with double sinks, glass surrounded walk-in shower to the large jetted soaking tub with a view.

There are stairs to access the front of the home (about 8) as well as those that take you to the upper bedrooms and bathrooms (about 15). The driveway is fairly steep and we ask that you be aware of the neighbors above the home and their driveway- please park in front of the garage doors (the garage is owner/cleaner storage).

The house was spacious and beautiful with stunning views. We very much appreciated the kitchen pans and skillets. All stainless steel, no scratched Teflon in sight.

The house and location was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed what the house had to offer and the amenities provided!My only complaint would be the lack of communication from Paragon(Management company).To begin with, It took them (8) days for them to adjust my itinerary once I had inquired. And this was after multiple attempts of trying to get a response from them to confirm that they had even received my request.A couple days before the trip I had asked a question in regards to wether or not there was any provided seating on the deck of the house. I unfortunately never heard back! During our stay, I reached out to Paragon due to our trash situation. The outdoor trash bins were full, so I did as the guest stay book suggested and reached out to them if this exact situation arrived.Two days go by before I hear anything back. And this was only after I had messaged them again stating that the trash was now all over the property due to animals getting into it. Their correspondence was also about an hour before we left! We ended up picking up all the trash before left.Again, house was great!! Paragon management has some work to do in the way of guest communication.
