About this apartment rental
Look no further!! If we've got availability for your dates, you've found your spot! Location! Location! Location! This Oceanfront property is located on a South facing bluff and offers inspirational views. Rainbow Rock Condominiums, one of Southern Oregon's most prestigious communities, sits on over 13 acres with a trail to a virtually private beach. We're located on the ground floor(no steps!) and in building E, private, quiet, and the one furthest away from Hwy.101. The property is extremely well appointed and we have people coming back year after year.
We will do our best to answer any questions you may have and make your stay in Brookings a most memorable one.
When you're tired of watching the view and are ready for a change of venue, pack your lunch and stroll down to the sandy beach. You'll find an abundance of drift logs for fort building and sculpture making, and soft sand to relax on. Low tide brings tide pools steaming with life and also expands the beach for long beach walks.
Harris Beach State Park lies to the South, Boardman State Park rated to be the most beautiful coastline in Oregon, is directly to the North (contiguous) with access to the Oregon Coast Trail. Within a few miles radius, there are several rivers to explore: the Chetco, the Winchuck and the Smith. Boat rentals and Commercial fishing charters are available in vibrant Brookings Harbor.
Brookings also offers several markets, boutiques, art galleries and restaurants. Trips to other nearby coastal villages, lights houses and museums make exciting day trips.

Excellent Instructions, timely/thorough response to questions, extremely clean, well organized, amenities (coats, BBQ, etc.). Host was very responsive to questions at all times of the day. The area is very quiet & the neighbors are friendly. This home is lovely, views are amazing & we felt at home. Very comfortable. Thank you for leaving our family with great memories.

We had a lovely stay, the unit was just as described. It had everything we needed it was clean, had comfy beds, and very quiet. Check in and checkout was simple and easy and Jan was available for any questions we had. Bonus not having any stairs was much appreciated. My family and I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The property is beautiful! It is clean, well-stocked with necessities and the view is amazing. There were even great streaming options available for the opening weekend of the NFL. Jan was in contact with us and kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Highly recommend
