This is a one bedroom, one full bathroom house, great location, home is of the Main Street in North Morro Bay, cheerfully decorated, new appliances, short distance to restaurants and local market. Cable TV/Internet Access, full kitchen utensils, washer and dryer. Parking area easy access. 3 nights minimum stay during summer / holidays. Winter two nights minimum stay.

This house is perfictly located for our Central Coast visits. It gives us easy access to all of the activites that we do there. It is nicely furnished, comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need.

Easy access, great location along the coast. Easy walk to the beach, close to downtown Morro Bay. Supermarket walking distance is convenient. Property is well maintained, comfy, and great for two people. Will stay again next time in the Central Coast.

We were given two entry codes, and we had to spend time searching for the lockbox, which we eventually found at ground level behind the property. The interior is exactly as pictured. The place was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were lots of towels, extra blanket and extra pillows. It was quiet at night. There was plenty of hot water and adequate water pressure. It needs some tweaks. This was our first vacation rental that did not have coffee filters on hand, a welcome basket, a dish drying rack, and the heating not yet on for the chilly weather. The bathroom heater did not work. One base kitchen cabinet was unfinished inside and messy, with the concrete slab showing. The bit of landscaping held tall weeds and neglected plants. The exterior needs painting. The worst: the exterior view image of an empty road is misleading. It’s a busy highway.
