The position was good for the theatre and eating out
didn’t like the arrangement of the toilet being separate no toilet brush supplied nowhere to wash your hands after using the toilet. You had to go through the room and into the bathroom in order to do poor design.

Very handy for the cruise terminals
Not much to dislike but overnight parking was charged.

Rooms was nice and clean.
Room was noise at any hours could hear guests doors slamming.
Kids bed was missing parts that made it total uncomfortable.
Check in staff wasn’t very friendly.
I have paid online for a late check out only to have someone walking in on us and telling us off about leaving ou having to pay. She said she didn’t have that information and was going to check. Never said sorry or apologise for her bad attitude. Staff in reception apologised for and that was all….
Breakfast was expensive and cold. Had to be reheated only to come back almost the same as.
I would still comeback as this was my first experience and I believe a one off experience its not the overall experience…
