Poor breakfast offering from the cold selection. No dairy free options for yoghurt, no oat milk products, poor selection of fresh fruit, no kiwi, no chia seeds only in dairy yoghurt pots. Limited selection of breads / pastries. I've visited several tines before and the breakfast offering has always previously been 5 star, not this time. Hot breakfast prepared excellent.

Stefan on the concierge desk amazing very friensly, helpful and professional. Vita on reception such a warm wwelcome from her. It such a shame this ia not the same bwhavious in the restuarant.
Food was a poor quality, and whwn i had a quiet word with the waiter, he went to the kitchen and told me i was completely wrong the steaks had not been frozen so chef says, it was just very rude of the waiter to say thia is a way others di ing nearbu heard and he tried to embrassed me which i didnt apprieciate, the steak had been frozen. I had fries for dinner not happy at all.
