Everything was perfect, the location was excellent, the staff were lovely and the room size was good.
Housekeeping did a great job and everywhere was nice and clean. The bar area is ample and a lovely bright space.
The pillows were uncomfortable and I ended up with neck ache, the room was a little warm, but better that than cold.
The doors catch before they shut, so they bang, so it can be noisy in the morning with everyone leaving for breakfast, tours or work.
The parking was very convenient but rather expensive, I thought there may be a discount after the first 24 hours and then the next 24 hours, but no, £60 for 3 days.

Central to everything. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast on the first day wasn’t great, not much left, stale pastries and cold plates for hot breakfast.
The shower was barely a trickle so couldn’t wash shampoo out of my hair.
