Certainly one of the better hotels in Chester. The rooms are beautifully furnished, with lush carpet and the best bed I have ever slept in. Apparently the mattresses cost £5,000 and hand made! the reception staff are really good and attentive and they provide you with a 24hr text service should you need anything during your stay.
The big negative is the location right next to the shopping centre car park entrance. No nice view from this hotel! Also in my room the shower drain didn't smell very nice however the hotel were very apologetic agreed to clean it straight away.
Would recommend a stay for the bed alone and the beautifully decorated rooms.
