Stayed 2 nights. Room needs updating lights need attention. Bathroom needs updating. Bed’s comfortable. Great location just a tired hotel in need of some money spending on it

Room was noisy,threadbare carpet!
Beautiful entrance with zero Christmas decorations! Looked drab and unwelcoming,where’s the tree and decs?
But the staff are lovely

Really, really bad room - door didn’t not seal so any noise or breeze in the corridor was heard. Heating pipes rattled like a bag of bones all night. Towel rail in the bathroom had broken cover and exposed electrical wires…opposite the shower!! Room should be condemned.
