There are many choices for breakfast, but the same ones every day. There is no water or coffee available that you can access, if needed. Breakfast bags have the same items (i.e., bottled water, croissant, apricot if lucky, jelly, and crackers).
Water and coffee should be available all the time in the lobby as a courtesy to your guests. The room is clean, but there is no ice maker in the hallway, and no microwave in the room.

Support of the staff. Matteo was very good.
Hotel could have provided different options for breakfast as all 04 days I stayed the breakfast menu was the same.

Big rooms
Breakfast staff was very rude.
Very far from city center.
We accidently left our iron in one of the rooms and tried to contact the hotel to have it shipped but received no positive response.
