King-size bed, two single beds on request.
Exclusive private bathroom with tub.
Large terrace accessible from their room, the sun from early morning and ideal for breakfast and relaxing drinks.
Complimentary breakfast; It served on the terrace on request at no additional cost.
City tax is not included (EUR 3. 50 per person per day).
Situated in the Aurelio and with convenient connections: just 50 meters from Cornelia Metro Station, just a few stops from Saint Peter's / Vatican Museums, the Spanish Steps, the Termini railway station.
Numerous, close and good bus links to the center, to Fiumicino Airport, and from the main towns' beaches such Fregene, Ladispoli, Santa Severa.
The district and 'quiet and the house you can find supermarkets, shops of all kinds, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, cinemas, car parks.
Nearby there are green areas such as Villa Carpegna, Pineta Sacchetti.
A few paces from Dermopatico Immaculate (IDI), and near the 'San Carlo Hospital and the Policlinico A. Twins.

This B & B is run by Mark and Claudia.
We offer a service for people who want a family feeling with good personal service.
The bright and very well furnished double room (or two single beds on request) with private bathroom and balcony is situated on the fifth floor of a building accessible by lift or stairs.
Continental breakfast is included.
Breakfast is disponibile anche on the terrace at no extra charge.
We speak English - Inglese
We are only moments from Cornelia tube station and a few minutes travel to St. Peter's Square, to the Spanish Steps or Piazza Navona, three of the most famous landmarks of the eternal city.
Just 200 meters from Piazza dei Giureconsulti, where connections to local sea resorts Fiumicino Airport depart.
Only few steps from two nice green spaces in the area, Pineta Sacchetti and Villa Carpegna.
Very easy to reach Rome Fiumicino Airport take the train to Termini station and than tube (line A) to Cornelia station

Our hosts were more than accommodating with an amazing daily breakfast, helpful suggestions for local restaurants, bus trips and metro stations. Linen was always fresh and tidy.
We couldn’t ask for a better location and a place to return to after our walks in Rome.
This B&B deserves the highest recommendation available.
