About this bed and breakfast
In the center of Rome, just a few steps from Piazza San Pietro and the Vatican Museums, ATTICO 203 offers all the comforts, in a warm and familiar ambient.
This announcement concerns 1 double/twin room or double room for single use or triple (because there’s the possibility of adding a bed).
General information of the whole B&B:
Our new built facility has 3 spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, each one equipped with air conditioning, free hi-speed WiFi internet connection, hair driers, coffee machine and teakettle. The rooms have 2 doubles and 1 twin/double (with the possibility of an extra bed for 2 of the 3 rooms, so the beds can become from 6 to 8).
The 3 outdoor bathrooms (next to the bedrooms) are provided one with crystal glasses shower with a large shower head, the other with a Jacuzzi tub. There is the possibility, subject to availability and upon customer request, to require the private bathroom.
The italian breakfast, NOT INCLUDED in the price (only upon explicit customer request), can be consumed both in the large terrace (common area for all customers, used also as relax area) and in the rooms.

The privileged position of our b&b makes it particularly convenient for those who like to walk around the city by foot or public transport.
Just below the b&b there is the bus 64 which takes you directly to Termini station passing through the center where you can see the famous Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza the famous shopping streets (Via Condotti, Via del Corso, Via Borgognona...). At the end of Via delle Fornaci there is also the taxi station, many other public transports and a pedestrian subway leading directly to Piazza San Pietro or Gianicolo and Pediatric Hospital Bambino Gesù.
The Supermarket in front of the facility, open from 8am to 10pm from Monday to Sunday, is very convenient. In addition to Piazza San Pietro, we are also very close to Castel Sant'Angelo, Villa Doria Pamphilj, Trastevere and in the surrounding area there are several bars, restaurants (Italian, Chinese, sushi, pizzerias ...), pastry shops and ice cream shops.

Had great experience. Clean, comfortable. Convenient location without being in the overly crowded areas. Good restaurants nearby and quick walk to the Vatican.

This is a fabulous place to stay . Roberta & Alessandro are fantastic hosts , sending all information required before our trip, meeting is on arrival and helpful during our stay!
The b&b is in a perfect location and very easy to get to from the airport with a very easy train and bus ride…
It’s about a 50 minute walk to the main attractions of coliseum etc with many places to eat/drink along the way and a supermarket directly across the road!
The room has everything you need for a short break and the terrace area is stunning !
We would definitely return back here … thank you Roberta & Alessandro xx
