Location was perfect, easy to move by walking
Breakfast was great with a good selection of food and amazing tea selection
Crew was very gentle and warming able to satisfy our requests
We forgot a laptop and they did everything to left it ready to pick up with a stop over with the taxi.
Art wherever to enjoy every look around
Room was not so clean
Anyway we had a problem during a night and we left a room very messed up, they did a great job, so we are very thankful for that

Rooms were clean and everything was available. Beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is super for exploring Nizza and surrounding, as not far from the train station.
Rooms are a bit old and showing signs. Might need to be refurbished or renovated. Carpet here and there not super clean. Very thin walls as well, meaning at night it can happen that people can be heard walking the stairs and coming back from dinner.

We had to upgrade our room because the first was incredibly small. Breakfast was lovely and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have a lovely patio too. We would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to everything.

The location
The pool is completely in the shade :-(. The night receptionist was beyond rude. I requested twin beds for my adult children and they confirmed this to me. He called me a liar until I showed him the correspondence. They then said housekeeping would separate the bed linen for them .. they didn’t and their room was decorated in the most ridiculous fashion .. it was suitable for 5 year olds only!
