Location, location, location... and the Staff, they were nice and try to find solutions for every incidence
It is not a bad Hotel however it is highly overrated and overpriced for what it offers... A good renovation is needed...

The location of the hotel, the room and the view.
Dining Experience: The service at the restaurant was disappointing, specifically regarding the manager’s conduct. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were left standing at the entrance for 15 minutes. During this time, the manager remained occupied with his screen and failed to acknowledge our presence or offer a greeting. Even when I politely requested assistance with seating, he remained dismissive. Furthermore, we were not presented with the bill at our table and had to return to the counter personally to settle the check.
Housekeeping: While the staff was responsive when called, the room was not consistently prepared. For two consecutive days, basic supplies like body wash were missing. I would expect housekeeping to proactively restock essentials during their daily service without requiring a prompt from the guest
