We arrived when it was dark, the hotel was lit up with fairy lights overlooking the lake and beyond over to the mountains and France.. The bobbing of the boats on the lake opposite the hotel, it was magic, and that was before we even entered! We were met by a very friendly young man at reception from there to our beautiful room overlooking the lake.. Spectacular.. we went downstairs for a cosy drink before bedtime.. Our breakfast hit the mark! It's difficult to get scrambled eggs perfect, but they were perfect here.. very friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room.. plenty of variety. Delicious.
Honestly, I cannot think of anything at all that we disliked. In fact we are looking forward to coming back again.

Lovely hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff.
The location was perfect and our room overlooked the beautiful lake.
The restaurant was warm and cosy with wood burners.
There was a good choice for breakfast.
The shower could do with a bit of bleaching round the seals
